Privacy notice
How People Group handles website enquiries and optional usage measurement.
Controller and contact
People Group is operated by Markster, Inc., which is the controller for personal data handled through this website. Represented by Ivan Ivanka, President & CEO. Address: 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904, USA. The controller’s representative in the European Union is Ivánka Iván, President & CEO. Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We retain enquiries sent through the form for Aura to respond. The intended People Group reply address is [email protected].
Data we request
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We also record the relevant page address, selected language, notice version, submission time and reference. The receiving system handles technical browser information for operation and abuse checks. You cannot upload a CV or another file. Please do not send health information, official identity documents or other sensitive details unnecessary for the first conversation.
Enquiries and service discussions
We use the data to understand and answer your enquiry and discuss the recruitment, headhunting or HR consulting you request. When you seek a contract on your own behalf, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For company contacts and other enquiries, our legitimate interest is handling the business contact and providing the requested response. These bases are GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f), respectively. Providing your name, email and message is voluntary, but we need them to answer a form enquiry.
Job seeker enquiries
You can enquire about an advertised role or describe the work you are looking for. We initially use your message to handle that enquiry. Before passing personal data to a prospective employer, we discuss the recipient, data and next steps with you. Sending a message does not give general permission for unlimited reuse for later vacancies. We do not place it in a lasting candidate database without a separate discussion.
Access and recipients
People authorised to handle People Group enquiries can access the data needed for their work. Technical services include Cloudflare website delivery, Markster form intake and customer relationship systems, and HighLevel customer relationship services. Google provides optional Google Analytics measurement; Markster Visitor Intelligence handles visit signals. A prospective employer may receive the data agreed with you in advance.
Retention
We retain the enquiry and related correspondence while answering it, discussing the request and managing any resulting service relationship requires them. Closed matters are deleted when there is no continuing purpose. Where a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires further retention, we keep only the necessary data for the duration of that obligation or claim. Measurement data are handled while the analysis purpose remains; withdrawing consent stops future collection, and you may separately request deletion of previously collected data. Google Analytics is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months; new activity restarts the user data retention period.
Optional measurement
You can use the website and contact us without optional measurement. Google Analytics measures visited pages and the number of accepted enquiries. Markster Visitor Intelligence analyses visit, click and interest signals outside the contact and job enquiry pages, using browser and session identifiers; network information can help interpret business interest. The basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Names, email addresses and message content are excluded from measurement events. Measurement signals do not make automated hiring decisions or other decisions with significant effects on you.
Consent controls
To change or withdraw permission for Google Analytics or visitor measurement, open Cookies and usage measurement and select Cookie settings. Google and visitor measurement start only after you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawal stops further measurement, removes the visitor measurement identifiers stored in your browser and may reload the page. It does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Advertising storage and personalised advertising signals remain denied.
International processing
The controller operates in the United States. Cloudflare, HighLevel and Google services may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the United States. Cloudflare and HighLevel incorporate their data processing agreements into their published standard terms. Those agreements and Google’s published Ads and Analytics transfer terms describe reliance on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to the United States and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where applicable. The documents are available from Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/), HighLevel (https://www.gohighlevel.com/data-processing-agreement) and Google (https://business.safety.google/adsdatatransfers/). You can request further information and a copy of the safeguards applicable to the processing from [email protected].
Your rights
You can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction. Where the legal conditions apply, you have the right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw measurement consent at any time. Send requests to the controller’s EU representative, Ivánka Iván, at [email protected]. You can complain to a supervisory authority in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu). You can also seek a judicial remedy.
